Full Spectrum Doula Support
I believe in centring care around the Mother and birthing family. It is vital to establish a foundation of trust within relationship, so that the Mother and birthing family may feel empowered to make the choices that are right for them and their baby. I believe that women innately know how to give birth, and that there are ways to support the unfolding of this physiological process with minimal intervention.
As your doula, I can offer a calm, stable presence and remind you to stay connected to your intuition throughout the process. I am here to collaborate with you so you feel heard, respected, and cared for.
I will be here to listen to you, giving space for you to clarify what your core values are for your birth so we can integrate that into your experience. I can offer physical, emotional, practical care, and resources that will support you in receiving the care that you need.
I am here for you and with you, to lend you strength to endure one of the most challenging experiences you may encounter, and yet are immaculately designed for.
I will not diagnose or provide medical treatment in any way. I will not perform clinical procedures or deliver your baby.
I am grateful for my teachers and the wisdom they embody through their lived experiences. I've had the privilege of learning from a diversity of experienced birth workers throughout my education.

Prenatal
We will have three, 2 hour prenatal visits in the place of your choosing. This will be an important time to get to know each other. Here we will determine what matters most to you and how to nurture that into being. We will focus on labour, birth, and postpartum preparation. I can provide guidance on bodywork techniques (e.g. acupressure, moxibustion, massage, and Rebozo), whole foods nutrition and supplementing, herbal medicine, movement techniques, and more depending on what you would like. Partners are encouraged and invited to be present for some of this time so they can learn how to support the expecting mother. I am available for unlimited call, text, and email support from time of hire to six weeks postpartum.

Labour & Birth
On-call support 2 weeks before and after your estimated due date. I am available for you to check in with when you believe you are entering labour. I will be with you until your baby has arrived earth-side, provide breastfeeding support as needed, tidy up, and leave you to rest once you are cozy and settled.
Postpartum
We will have six, 2 hour follow-up meetings to process the birth and ensure you have everything you need for this precious new stage of life. I am here as a listening ear, some hands on care, or simply to hold baby while you take some time for yourself. I can provide assistance with infant feeding, light house cleaning, light cooking, child care, and any other questions or concerns that arise.
Full Package Rate: $1,200
